The culinary culture of the Osteria Manciana, with its recipes rooted in the tradition of the territory, spoil both tourists and residents with delicious dishes thanks to three generations of women who are part of the history of the Osteria.
Cooking courses can be offered so that the guests of the “Albergo Diffuso” can learn this in an entertaining way. During the courses held by «Piera», the participants have the opportunity to discover some of the typical products of the region and get to know them up close. On this occasion, some tricks of the trade will also be revealed so that guests can then enjoy the unique flavors of the Muggio Valley in their own kitchen.
