Cooking Courses

The Osteria Manciana boasts a culinary culture of recipes firmly rooted in the region’s tradition and thanks to three generations of women, it delights tourists as well as locals. With the aim of discovering new recipes and entertaining guests at the ‘Casa dei Gelsi’, it is possible to request cooking classes. During classes held by Simona and Chef Fabio, participants will be able to discover and touch some of the region’s typical products. Some tricks of the trade will also be revealed so that guests can savour the unique flavours of the Muggio Valley in their own kitchens.
